Vallay

Vallay is an uninhabited tidal island in the Scottish Outer Hebrides. It can be reached from North Uist by a long beach at low tide. Once the island supported a population of nearly sixty people. Vallay is situated 2 miles east of Foisigearraidh.

Oronsay is a tidal island off North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. Lying to the north of Vallaquie Strand, the island has been uninhabited since the Highland Clearances. Oronsay is situated 2 miles east of Foisigearraidh.

Scolpaig Tower

Scolpaig Tower is a Georgian folly located near the village of Scolpaig on the island of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. The name probably derives from the Old Norse scolpvik, or 'Scolp Bay'.

Tigharry is a small village on the west of North Uist. It is mostly a farming community. There are a few rocky beaches and one point of interest is Kettle's Cave. Tigharry is situated 3 miles southwest of Foisigearraidh.
