Tarbet is a place on the south shore of Loch Nevis in Scotland, about 6 miles east of Mallaig. The name 'tarbet' refers to a portage or isthmus, in this case it is between Loch Nevis and Loch Morar.

Bracorina is a settlement in Lochaber, in the Highland council area of Scotland. It is located on the northern side of Loch Morar, 5 kilometres east of the village of Morar, at the end of a minor road. Bracorina is situated 3 miles west of Ardintigh.

Knoydart is a peninsula in Ross and Cromarty in the western Highlands of Scotland, bounded to the south by Loch Nevis and to the north by Loch Hourn. It's remote, rugged and sparsely populated, and best known for having the only villages in mainland Britain with no road connection to the rest of the network - nor even with each other.
