Sandakan Harbour Square is an urban renewal project that was built on a reclaimed land in Sandakan, Malaysia. It was a project comprising commercial shops and offices, a new central market, a new city square with waterfront esplanade, a boutique hotel and a five-storey shopping mall connecting into an international class hotel.

Agnes Keith House is a historic house museum in Sandakan District, Sandakan Division, Sabah, Malaysia. The museum is named after Agnes Newton Keith, an American author known for her three autobiographical accounts of life in British North Borneo. Agnes Keith House is situated 590 metres northwest of Laluan Kreatif.

Sam Sing Kung Temple

Sam Sing Kung Temple is a Chinese temple in Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia. Built in 1887, the temple is the third oldest temple in Sandakan, after Goddess of Mercy Temple and Tam Kung Temple. It is part of the Sandakan Heritage Trail. Sam Sing Kung Temple is situated 550 metres west of Laluan Kreatif.
