Olympia

Olympia is the capital of Washington State, and the seat of Thurston County in the South Sound region. The small city of 56,000 has a diverse economic base, and is a breeding ground for alternative culture in the Pacific Northwest, having spawned or influenced many of the region's better-known personalities.
Tacoma

Tacoma, a major port on the Puget Sound, is the third-largest city in Washington State, with about 220,000 residents. It has a dynamic art scene and a great ballet.
Mount Rainier National Park

Mount Rainier National Park is a national park located in the state of Washington, some 54 miles south-east of Seattle. Established in 1899 and 368 miles² in size, the National Park is centered on the spectacular cone of Mount Rainier, a massive active stratovolcano 14,410 ft high.

Tumwater is a city in Thurston County, Washington, United States. The population was 25,350 at the 2020 census. The city is situated near where the Deschutes River enters Budd Inlet, the southernmost point of Puget Sound; it also borders the state capital of Olympia to the north.
