Loch Eye is a shallow freshwater loch, located close to the east coast of Scotland between the Moray Firth, Dornoch Firth and Cromarty Firth. Covering an area of 205 hectares, it is an important site for waterfowl and has been protected since 1986 as a Ramsar Site, a Special Protection Area and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Loch Eye is situated 1½ miles south of Tain Motorcross Track.

Innis Mhòr is a tidal island in the Dornoch Firth of Easter Ross off the east coast of Scotland. It is about 26 hectares in extent and is largely, if not exclusively made up of moving sand dunes. Innis Mhòr is situated 2½ miles north of Tain Motorcross Track.
