Aviemore railway station

Aviemore railway station serves the town and tourist resort of Aviemore in the Highlands of Scotland. The station, which is owned by Network Rail and managed by ScotRail, is on the Highland Main Line, 83 miles 31 chains from Perth, between Kingussie and Carrbridge, and is also the southern terminus of the Strathspey preserved railway. Aviemore railway station is situated 1¼ miles northwest of Fun House.

Craigellachie is a hill lying to the west of the village of Aviemore in Strathspey, in the central Highlands of Scotland. Craigellachie was declared a national nature reserve in 1961, and is managed by NatureScot through a lease from Reidhaven Estate. Craigellachie National Nature Reserve is situated 2 miles northwest of Fun House.
