Galway railway station is a railway station which serves the city of Galway in County Galway. The station itself is located in the centre of the city in Eyre Square. Galway railway station is situated 690 metres northwest of Galway Terminal.

An Taibhdhearc is the national Irish language theatre of Ireland. It was founded in 1928. The word taibhdhearc means "ghostly vision", from, "taibhse" meaning ghost, and "dearcadh" meaning "view". Taibhdhearc na Gaillimhe is situated 1 km west of Galway Terminal.
