Loch Scolpaig

Loch Scolpaig is a lake in Western Isles, Scotland. Loch Scolpaig is situated nearby to the locality Ariard, as well as near Baleban.

Scolpaig Tower

Scolpaig Tower is a Georgian folly located near the village of Scolpaig on the island of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. The name probably derives from the Old Norse scolpvik, or 'Scolp Bay'.

RRH Benbecula

Remote Radar Head Benbecula or RRH Benbecula, is an air defence radar station operated by the Royal Air Force. Despite its name, it is not located on the nearby island of Benbecula; instead it is located on South Clettraval on the isle of North Uist, 11 miles from Lochmaddy in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland.

Oronsay is a tidal island off North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. Lying to the north of Vallaquie Strand, the island has been uninhabited since the Highland Clearances.

Tigharry is a small village on the west of North Uist. It is mostly a farming community. There are a few rocky beaches and one point of interest is Kettle's Cave.
