Marina Bay is Singapore's newest district, created on reclaimed land just east of Riverside. It includes the areas east of Shenton Way and Esplanade Dr.

Merlion Park is a famous Singapore landmark and a major tourist attraction, located at One Fullerton, Singapore, near the Central Business District. The Merlion is a mythical creature with a lion's head and a fish's tail that is widely used as a mascot and national personification of Singapore. Merlion Park is situated 490 metres north of The Promontory@Marina Bay.

Lau Pa Sat, also known as Telok Ayer Market, is a historic building located within the Downtown Core in the Central Area of Singapore. It was first built in 1824 as a fish market on the waterfront serving the people of early colonial Singapore and rebuilt in 1838. Lau Pa Sat is situated 420 metres west of The Promontory@Marina Bay.
