Theatre of Marcellus

The Theatre of Marcellus was an ancient open-air theatre in Rome, Italy, built in the closing years of the Roman Republic. It is located in the modern rione of Sant'Angelo. In the sixteenth century, it was converted into a palazzo. Theatre of Marcellus is situated 230 metres south of Piazza Margana.

The Palazzo Venezia or Palazzo Barbo, formerly Palazzo di San Marco, is a large early Renaissance palace in central Rome, Italy, situated to the north of the Capitoline Hill. Palazzo Venezia is situated 250 metres north of Piazza Margana.

Piazza Venezia is a central hub of Rome, Italy, in which several thoroughfares intersect, including the Via dei Fori Imperiali and the Via del Corso. It takes its name from the Palazzo Venezia, built by the Venetian Cardinal, Pietro Barbo alongside the church of Saint Mark, the patron saint of Venice. Piazza Venezia is situated 310 metres northeast of Piazza Margana.
