Down Hall is a Victorian country house and estate near Hatfield Heath in the English county of Essex, close to its border with Hertfordshire. It is surrounded by 110 acres of woodland, parkland and landscaped gardens, some of which is protected by the Essex Wildlife Trust.

Gibberd Garden is a garden in Harlow, Essex, England, which was created by Sir Frederick Gibberd and his wife Patricia Gibberd. They designed the garden and added sculptures, ceramic pots, and architectural salvage from 1972 till his death in 1984.
