Porta Romana is a former city gate of Milan, Italy. In its present form, the gate dates back to the 16th century Spanish walls of Milan. Porta Romana is a station on Line 3 of the Milan Metro which opened on 16 December 1990 as part of the extension of the line from Duomo to Porta Romana. Porta Romana is situated 120 metres southeast of Porta Romana.

Chiesa di San Pietro dei Pellegrini is a historic former church in Milan, Italy. It was founded in the 14th century by priest Ambrogio Varese to help those pilgrims going to Rome using the via Emilia, with money from Bernabò Visconti. San Pietro dei Pellegrini is situated 300 metres northwest of Porta Romana.
