The Shanghai Botanical Garden is a botanic garden located in the southwestern suburbs of Shanghai, China, in the Xuhui District. Covering 81.86 hectares, the garden has a renowned penjing garden, as well as collections of magnolias, roses, azaleas, peonies, conifers, maples, osmanthus and bamboo. Shanghai Botanical Garden is situated 310 metres west of Tropical Museum.

Shanghainan railway station is a railway station in the city of Shanghai, China. In the Xuhui District, its importance is second only to the Shanghai railway station. Shanghai South Railway Station is situated 2 km west of Tropical Museum.
