Huka Prawn Park

The Huka Prawn Park is an aquaculture venture and tourist attraction located 10 minutes north of Taupō. It was started in 1987, and is currently New Zealand's only prawn farm. Huka Prawn Park is situated 380 metres southwest of Wairakei Power Station.

Huka Falls is a set of waterfalls on the Waikato River, which drains Lake Taupō in New Zealand. A few hundred metres upstream from Huka Falls, the Waikato River narrows from approximately 100 metres across to a canyon only 15 metres across. Huka Falls is situated 2½ km southwest of Wairakei Power Station.
