The Church of St. Demetrius is the church of the Serbian Orthodox Church, owned by the Rasko-Prizren diocese, in the city of Mitrovica, Kosovo. After NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, Mitrovica was divided into northern and southern parts. Church of Saint Demetrius is situated 1½ km southeast of Zvečan Fortress.

Zvečan or Zveçan is a town and municipality located in the Mitrovica District in Kosovo. As of 2015, it has a population of 16,650 inhabitants. It covers an area of 122 km2, and consists of a town and 35 villages.
