Sammy Ofer Stadium, also known as Haifa Municipal Stadium, is a 30,950 seats multi-purpose stadium in Haifa, Israel. Construction began in late 2009 and was completed in 2014. Sami Ofer Stadium is situated 650 metres southeast of Matam - Advanced Technology Center.

Haifa–Hof HaCarmel railway station is an Israel Railways station serving the city of Haifa, Israel. Although it is not Haifa's official central railway station, its location next to the Carmel Beach central bus station makes it the busiest in the city, and in the country outside of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Haifa-Hof HaCarmel (Raziel) is situated 760 metres north of Matam - Advanced Technology Center.
