Oronsay, also sometimes spelt and pronounced Oransay by the local community, is a small tidal island south of Colonsay in the Scottish Inner Hebrides with an area of 543 hectares.

Dùn Cholla is a hill fort located on the Inner Hebridean island of Colonsay, Scotland. The site is located at grid reference NR37759150. According to tradition it was a fort of Colla Uais after being exiled from Ireland in 310. Dùn Cholla is situated 2½ miles northeast of Oronsay Priory.

Scalasaig lies on the east coast of Colonsay, in the council area of Argyll and Bute of Scotland. It is the main settlement on the island and its only port; thus tourists arriving by ferry must pass through it on the way to any part of the isle. Scalasaig is situated 4½ miles northeast of Oronsay Priory.
