Shanghai High School

Shanghai High School is a public high school in Shanghai, China. Founded in 1865 as Longmen Academy by Shanghai Intendant Ding Richang, and later becoming the namesake high school of Shanghai in 1949, it is locally considered one of the city's most prestigious high schools, hailed as part of the "Big Four" high schools of Shanghai.

The Shanghai Botanical Garden is a botanic garden located in the southwestern suburbs of Shanghai, China, in the Xuhui District. Covering 81.86 hectares, the garden has a renowned penjing garden, as well as collections of magnolias, roses, azaleas, peonies, conifers, maples, osmanthus and bamboo. Shanghai Botanical Garden is situated 1¼ km northeast of Shanghai High School.

Shanghainan railway station is a railway station in the city of Shanghai, China. In the Xuhui District, its importance is second only to the Shanghai railway station. Shanghai South Railway Station is situated 1½ km northwest of Shanghai High School.

East China University of Science and Technology, formerly known as Bose Road, is a metro station on the Line 15 of the Shanghai Metro. Located at the intersection of Laohumin Road, Bose Road, and Meilong Road in Xuhui District, Shanghai, the station was scheduled to open with the rest of Line 15 by the end of 2020. East China University of Science & Technology is situated 1 km northwest of Shanghai High School.
