Atlit railway station is an Israel Railways passenger station serving the town of Atlit as well as the surrounding rural communities and military bases. With 363,614 passengers recorded in 2019, it was the least-used station in the Haifa District. Atlit is situated 790 metres east of Naval Base Atlit.

Château Pèlerin, also known as Atlit and Magdiel, is a Crusader fortress and fortified town located about 2 kilometres north of the modern Israeli town of Atlit on the northern coast of Israel, about 13 kilometres south of Haifa. Pelegrin Fortress is situated 1¼ km north of Naval Base Atlit.

Atlit Yam is a submerged Pre Pottery Neolithic C archaeological site located 300–400 meters off the coast of Atlit, Israel. Dating from the late 7th to the early 6th millennia BCE, Atlit Yam provides the earliest known evidence for a community relying on pastoralism, agriculture, and fishing as subsistence systems on the Levantine coast. Atlit Yam is situated 2 km north of Naval Base Atlit.
