Remote Radar Head Benbecula or RRH Benbecula, is an air defence radar station operated by the Royal Air Force. It is located at Cleitreabhal a'Deas, 17 kilometres from Lochmaddy on the isle of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. RRH Benbecula is situated 2 miles east of Tràigh-stir.

Scolpaig Tower

Scolpaig Tower is a Georgian folly located near the village of Scolpaig on the island of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. The name probably derives from the Old Norse scolpvik, or 'Scolp Bay'. Scolpaig Tower is situated 1½ miles northeast of Tràigh-stir.

Tigharry is a small village on the west of North Uist. It is mostly a farming community. There are a few rocky beaches and one point of interest is Kettle's Cave.
