Belmont House is a neo-classical Georgian country house estate on the island of Unst, the most northerly of the Shetland Islands, United Kingdom. It was constructed in 1775 by Shetland landowner Thomas Mouat of Garth who was a local Shetlander. Belmont House is situated 2 miles southeast of Loch of Cullivoe.

Cullivoe, is a village on Yell in the Shetland Islands. It is in the north east of the island, near Bluemull Sound, not far from Unst. Cullivoe is a fishing port, and was formerly the ferry terminal for Unst, before ro-ro ferries - the terminal is now at Gutcher.
