Twelve Apostles Stone Circle

The Twelve Apostles is a large stone circle located between the villages of Holywood and Newbridge, near Dumfries, Scotland. It is the seventh largest stone circle in Britain and the largest on the mainland of Scotland. Twelve Apostles Stone Circle is situated 2,800 feet east of West Cluden.

Palmerston Park is a football stadium on Terregles Street in Dumfries, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. It is the home ground of Scottish League One club Queen of the South, who have played there since 1919. Palmerston Park is situated 2½ miles southeast of West Cluden.
