Sibaya is a hamlet in the Altiplano of northern Chile, in Tamarugal Province. As of 2017 Sibaya had 46 inhabitants and 123 homes. It has an irrigation system based on underground aqueducts tapping an aquifer.

Huaviña is a Chilean town. The town is located in the foothills of the commune of Huara in a canyon known as Quebrada de Tarapacá. It is located 80 km from the seat of the municipality and 153 kilometers from Iquique. Huaviña is situated 5 km west of Cementerio de Sibaya.
