Waterway Point is a suburban shopping mall located in the town centre of Punggol New Town, Singapore, next to Punggol MRT/LRT station. The mall was built as part of Punggol's first integrated waterfront residential and retail development, Watertown. Waterway Point is situated 410 metres northeast of Common Green.

Matilda House, located at Punggol Walk in Punggol, Singapore, is one of the oldest houses in Singapore. It is currently part of a new residential condominium complex, "A Treasure Trove", which was completed in 2015.

The Punggol LRT line is a 10.3-kilometre elevated automated guideway transit line in Punggol, Singapore. The driverless system consists of 15 stations on two loops, with Punggol station serving as the interchange for both loops and linking the line to the North East Line on the Singapore MRT. Soo Teck is situated 230 metres northwest of Common Green.
