Jade Buddha Temple
The Jade Buddha Temple is a Buddhist temple in Shanghai. It was founded in 1882 with two jade Buddha statues imported to Shanghai from Myanmar by sea. These were a sitting Buddha, and a smaller reclining Buddha representing the Buddha's death.Photo: Hermann Luyken, CC BY-SA 4.0.

Jiangning Road is a station on the Shanghai Metro, which services Line 13 and opened on 19 December 2015. Travelling eastward, this station is the last station in Putuo District before it passes under Suzhou Creek to Jing'an District. Jiangning Road is situated 280 metres north of Jade Buddha Temple.
