The People's Square and Park is one of the major parks surrounding the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon, Myanmar. Located west of the great pagoda to the former Pyithu Hluttaw complex, the 135.72 acre park is bounded by Pyay Road to its west, U Wisara Road to its east, Dhammazedi Road to its north and Ahlone Road to its south. People’s Square and Park is situated 3,800 feet south of Maha Bohdi Su Taung Pyae Pagoda.

Ngahtatgyi Buddha Temple is a Buddhist temple in Bahan Township, Yangon, Burma, located off Shwegondine Road. A distinct five-tiered pagoda houses the original 20.5-foot high Buddha image was donated by Prince Minyedeippa in 1558. Ngahtatgyi Buddha Temple is situated 1¼ miles east of Maha Bohdi Su Taung Pyae Pagoda.
