Folksamhuset is a high-rise office building at Skanstull on Södermalm, Stockholm and was erected in 1959 as the head office for the insurance company Folksam.

Eriksdalsbadet is the biggest swimming centre in Stockholm, Sweden The outdoor pool was built for the 1962 European Aquatics Championships. The new Eriksdalsbadet was built 1999 and was designed by architect Björn Thynberger. Eriksdalsbadet is situated 290 metres southwest of Folksamhuset.

Ericsson Globe is situated 1½ km south of Folksamhuset.

Skansbron is a bascule bridge in central Stockholm, Sweden. Stretching over the canal Hammarbykanalen, it connects the major island Södermalm to the southern mainland district Södra Hammarbyhamnen. Skansbron is situated 310 metres south of Folksamhuset.
