Santa Maria Maggiore, also known as the Basilica of Saint Mary Major or the Basilica of Saint Mary the Great, is one of the four major papal basilicas and one of the Seven Pilgrim Churches of Rome. Santa Maria Maggiore is situated 150 metres north of Santa Prassede.

The Church of Saint Alphonus of Liguori is a rectory church located on the Via Merulana on the Esquiline Hill of central Rome's Vth prefecture, Italy, and a titular church for a Cardinal-priest under the name Santissimo Redentore e Sant'Alfonso in Via Merulana. St. Alphonsus Liguori Church, Rome is situated 150 metres east of Santa Prassede.
