Sri Sivan Temple is a Hindu temple in Singapore for the god Shiva. The temple was originally located in Potong Pasir from where it was moved three more times before finally coming to the present location, adjacent to Foo Hai Ch'an Buddhist Monastery, in front of Paya Lebar MRT station exit C at Geylang East Avenue 2.

Geylang East Public Library is one of the 26 public libraries established by the National Library Board of Singapore. Located along Geylang East Avenue 1 within walking distance of Aljunied MRT station, it serves the residents of the Eastern areas of Aljunied, Geylang East, Geylang West, Geylang Serai, Jalan Besar, Eunos, Kampong Ubi, Kallang, MacPherson, Lavender, Kaki Bukit and Sims Drive. Geylang East Public Library is situated 300 metres west of Foo Hai Ch’an Monastery.

Paya Lebar MRT station is a Mass Rapid Transit interchange station on the East–West Line and Circle Line in Singapore. Despite the name, this station is not located in the Paya Lebar planning area but rather along Paya Lebar Road, which is in Geylang, near the junction with Sims Avenue. Paya Lebar is situated 470 metres east of Foo Hai Ch’an Monastery.
