Garrison is a village near Lough Melvin in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. The Roogagh River runs through the village. In the 2021 census it had a population of 411 people. It is situated within Fermanagh and Omagh district.

Rossinver or Rosinver is a small village in north County Leitrim, Ireland. The village is home to a retired monastery of the same name and is at the southern shore of Lough Melvin, home to two rare species of trout – the Gillaroo and the Sonaghan – as well as the common brown trout. Rossinver is situated 2 miles southwest of Melvin Centre.
