Rùm is the largest of the four Small Isles off the west coast of Scotland. It has a permanent population of about thirty, centred around the harbour at Kinloch on the east coast.

Kinloch is a hamlet that is the main settlement of the island of Rùm, in the Small Isles, in the Highland council area of Scotland. It has a primary school, village hall and shop and is the location of the ferry terminal.
