Givat Ela is a community settlement in northern Israel. Located near Ilut and Zarzir, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2023 it had a population of 1,830. Givat Ela is situated 2½ km northeast of Timrat.

Zarzir, also known as Beit Zarzir, is an Arab local council located 10 kilometres west of the city of Nazareth in the Northern District of Israel. In 2023, it had a population of 9,044, consisting of five Bedouin tribes, Mazarib, Grifat, Haib, Jawamis, and Eyadat. Zarzir is situated 3 km north of Timrat.
