Rainier Beach station is a light rail station in Seattle, Washington. It is between the Tukwila International Boulevard and Othello stations on the 1 Line.

Marra Farm

Marra Farm, a 4-acre plot of land in Marra-Desimone Park, South Park, Seattle, Washington is one of only two historic agricultural parcels inside Seattle city limits that retains an agricultural use today; the other is Picardo Farm.

Kubota Garden

Kubota Garden is a 20-acre Japanese garden in the Rainier Beach neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. A public park since 1987, it was started in 1927 by Fujitaro Kubota, a Japanese emigrant.

White Center is an unincorporated area of King County, just south of West Seattle and north of Burien. The area embraces its nickname of 'Rat City', making it a part of its punk-rock mixed-ethnicity identity.

Burien is in King County, on Puget Sound just south of Seattle. Amidst the strip malls and car dealerships of suburban Seattle is 'Old Town' Burien, a main street holding onto the area's early charm.

South Seattle

South Seattle is a broad swath of the city between I-5 to the west and Lake Washington to the east. It is the most ethnically diverse part of not only Seattle, but arguably of the entire United States: the area served by the 98188 ZIP Code, roughly the eastern half of this district, consistently ranks among the country's most diverse postal codes.
