Amarāvati Stupa is a ruined Buddhist stūpa at the village of Amaravathi, Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, India, probably built in phases between the third century BCE and about 250 CE. Amaravati Stupa is situated 570 metres south of Pushkar Ghat.

It is one of the five sacred Pancharama Kshetras and is unique for being situated on the Krishna River, unlike the others in the Godavari region.
