Porta Ardeatina

Porta Ardeatina was one of the gates of the Aurelian Walls in Rome. The gate was built in the time of Nero. It stands at an angle in the Aurelian Walls.

The Porta San Sebastiano is the largest and one of the best-preserved gates in the Aurelian Walls of Rome, Italy. Originally known as the Porta Appia due to its location at the beginning of the Appian Way, the gate served as a key southern entrance to the city since antiquity. Porta San Sebastiano is situated 340 metres east of Villa Almone.

The Arch of Drusus is an ancient arch in Rome, Italy, close to the First Mile of the Appian Way and next to the Porta San Sebastiano. Long misidentified, it is most likely the remains of the Arch of Trajan. Arch of Drusus is situated 350 metres northeast of Villa Almone.
