San Sebastiano fuori le mura, or San Sebastiano ad Catacumbas, is a minor basilica in Rome, Central Italy. Up to the Great Jubilee of 2000, San Sebastiano was one of the Seven Pilgrim Churches of Rome, and many pilgrims still favour the traditional list. San Sebastiano fuori le mura is situated 290 metres south of Vigna Randanini.

The Catacomb of Callixtus is one of the Catacombs of Rome on the Appian Way, notable for containing the Crypt of the Popes, which once contained the tombs of several popes from the 2nd to 4th centuries. Catacombs of Saint Calixt is situated 530 metres west of Vigna Randanini.
