Duffus Castle, near Elgin, Moray, Scotland, was a motte-and-bailey castle and was in use from c. 1140 to 1705. During its occupation it underwent many alterations.

Gordonstoun School is a co-educational private school for boarding and day pupils in Moray, Scotland. Two generations of British royalty have been educated at Gordonstoun, including Prince Philip and his son King Charles III.
