Khirbet Minya, also known as Qasr al-Minya or Ayn Minyat Hisham in Arabic and Horvat/Hurvat Minnim in Hebrew, is an Umayyad-built qasr in eastern Galilee, Israel, about 200 meters west of the northern end of Lake Tiberias. Khirbet Minya is situated 260 metres north of HI Karei Deshe.

It was first mentioned in the 14th century BC Tale of Aqhat of Ugarit, and in also mentioned in the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament. Kinneret is situated 1 km northeast of HI Karei Deshe.
