Krak des Chevaliers
Krak des Chevaliers located near Homs in Syria is widely recognised as the archetypal Crusader castle. Described by T.E. Lawrence as "perhaps the best preserved and most wholly admirable castle in the world", this somewhat isolated site is located magnificently and is, indeed, extremely well-preserved.

The Lady of the Valley is a Marian shrine inaugurated on 16 August 2009, located in Al-Nasirah, Wadi al-Nasara in Syria. The statue is built near the Lady of the Valley Church on top of Mount of the Pilgrim, which is dedicated to Saint George.
