Village
Baqin or Buqayn is a Syrian village in the Al-Zabadani District of the Rif Dimashq Governorate. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, Baqin had a population of 1,866 in the 2004 census. Its inhabitants are predominantly Sunni Muslims.

Al-Zabadani or Az-Zabadani is a city in southwestern Syria in the Rif Dimashq Governorate, close to the border with Lebanon. It is located in the center of a green valley surrounded by high mountains at an elevation of around 1,100 m. Al-Zabadani is situated 4 km north of Madaya.

Bloudan is a Syrian village located 51 kilometers north-west of Damascus, in the Rif Dimashq Governorate; it has an altitude of about 1500 meters. In the 2004 census by the Central Bureau of Statistics it had a population of 3,101. Bloudan is situated 4½ km northeast of Madaya.
