The Harbaqa Dam or Kharbaqa Dam was a Roman era Palmyrene gravity dam in the Syrian Desert about 70 kilometres southwest from Palmyra on the road to Damascus. Harbaqa Dam is situated 2½ km east of Kharbaqah.
