Fahil is a town in central Syria, administratively part of the Homs Governorate, located 45 kilometers northwest of Homs. Fahel lies in a long valley surrounded by mountains in the basaltic region of Jabal al-Helou with elevations ranging from 850–1,100 meters above sea level.- Type: Locality
