El Rom is an Israeli settlement organized as a kibbutz in the northern Golan Heights in the municipal territory of the Golan Regional Council. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the Golan Heights illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this. El Rom is situated 4 km north of Bāb el Hawā.
