Modi'in–Center railway station is an Israel Railways passenger terminal and one of two stations serving Modi'in. It is the terminus of the Nahariya-Modi'in line, with service to the airport, Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Akko. Modi’in Center is situated 4 km west of Beit Sira.

Saffa is a Palestinian town in the Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate, located west of Ramallah in the northern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 4,374 inhabitants in 2017. Saffa is situated 2½ km northeast of Beit Sira.

Kfar Ruth is an Israeli settlement organised as a moshav. It was established in 1977 in an area that had become a no-man's land between Israel and Jordanian-controlled West Bank at the end of the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, before becoming part of the Israeli-occupied territories in the 1967 Six-Day War. Kfar Ruth is situated 2½ km north of Beit Sira.
