Lenin’s hovel, also known as the Shalash, was a temporary hideout constructed in July 1917 in the meadows near Lake Razliv, outside Petrograd. It served as a secluded refuge for Vladimir Lenin and Grigory Zinoviev following the failed July Days uprising.

It was built by the JSC Prinorskaya Saint Peterburg–Sestroretsk railway and opened on November 26, 1894, when the Primorskaya line was extended from Razdelnaya to Sestroretsk. Razliv railway station is situated 2½ km west of Ozero Sestroretskiy Razliv.
