Rami Barracks were an Ottoman and later Turkish Army barracks located in the Eyüp district on the European part of Istanbul, Turkey. They were built in the 1770s in the Ottoman Empire era.As of January 13, 2023, following comprehensive restoration work, the building has been re-opened and now functions as one of Istanbul’s largest public libraries. Rami Library is situated 5 km east of Bağcılar.
