Singapore Discovery Centre

The Singapore Discovery Centre is an 'edutainment' and tourist attraction by the Ministry of Defence of Singapore in Jurong West, Singapore. The centre includes exhibits which display the history of Singapore as well as an insight on the future. Singapore Discovery Centre is situated 4 km northwest of Pulau Samulun.

Joo Koon MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit station along the East–West Line in Pioneer planning area, Singapore. Joo Koon station is named after Joo Koon Village, a rural Chinese settlement that once stood in the area before it was turned into an industrial estate in the 1960s. Joo Koon is situated 3½ km northwest of Pulau Samulun.
