Urie Lingey is one of the Shetland Islands. It is between Fetlar and Unst, and Yell is to the west.

Linga is a small uninhabited island in the Bluemull Sound, Shetland, Scotland. It is one of many islands in Shetland called Linga. It has an area of 45 ha and is 26m at its highest point. Linga is situated 2 miles northwest of Sound Gruney.

Uyea is an uninhabited tidal island located to the northwest of Mainland, Shetland. Uyea lies off the Northmavine peninsula, from where it can be reached by foot at low tide. Uyea is situated 2½ miles northeast of Sound Gruney.

Gutcher is a settlement on the northeast coast of Yell in the Shetland islands. From here, rollon/roll off ferry services to Belmont on Unst and Hamars Ness on Fetlar operate. Gutcher is situated 2½ miles northwest of Sound Gruney.

Belmont is a settlement and ferry terminal in southern Unst in the Shetland Islands. The ferry crosses Bluemull Sound from here to Gutcher in Yell and to Hamars Ness in Fetlar. Belmont House, a Georgian mansion built in 1775 by Thomas Mouat, was restored by Historic Scotland amongst others, and opened to the public in 2011. Belmont is situated 3 miles north of Sound Gruney.
Clivocast

Clivocast is a settlement on the island of Unst in the Shetland Islands, Scotland at or grid reference HP6000 and is situated just east of Uyeasound. The 9 ft 10 in Uyea Breck Standing Stone nearby is said to mark the spot where the son of the Viking Harald Harfager was killed some time around 900AD. Clivocast is situated 3½ miles northeast of Sound Gruney.
