Linga is a small, uninhabited island, 1 km east of Muckle Roe in the Shetland Islands. The island is roughly circular in shape and its highest elevation is 69 metres. Its area is 70 hectares. Linga is situated 1½ miles west of Olna Firth.

Aith lies on the B9071 that runs south to the junction with the A971 at the village of Bixter and North East via East Burrafirth to the junction with the A970 at the village of Voe. Aith is situated 6 miles south of Olna Firth.
