Craighall Reservoir, known locally as Craighall Dam, is one of a number of small reservoirs, situated around Neilston in East Renfrewshire, Scotland. The reservoir is located on the western slopes of Neilston Pad and has a number of well maintained public access paths. Craighall Reservoir is situated 1½ miles north of Long Loch.

Neilston Pad, referred to locally as The Pad, is a distinctive hill in East Renfrewshire, situated a mile south of the village of Neilston. Its highest point is 261 metres and is characterised by a relatively flat summit plateau surrounded by steep slopes and distinctive forestry on its eastern side. Neilston Pad is situated 1½ miles north of Long Loch.

It is in the Levern Valley, two miles southwest of Barrhead, 3+3⁄4 miles south of Paisley, and 5+3⁄4 miles south-southwest of Renfrew, at the southwestern fringe of the Greater Glasgow conurbation. Neilston is situated 3 miles north of Long Loch.

Historic Uplawmoor, associated for centuries with the Barony of Caldwell and the Mure family, is still a vibrant community today, although bereft of the shops once to be found there. Uplawmoor is situated 3 miles northwest of Long Loch.
